COVID Restrictions On This Year's Program

2022 Three-Day Leadership Intensive

Whether you are working with other people, or other people are working for you, getting the most out of other people is hard to do. It's why good managers and CEO's are worth their weight in gold. And face it, the more you have to work with and through other people, the more your perspective expands, the more your responsibilities increase, and the more your ability to achieve goals requires a whole new level of people skills.

The FastTrack Leadership Intensive trains you in those people skills, from influencing and persuasion, to understanding why people do what they do. These skills help you get the best out of those you work with.

What will you get out of it?

The FastTrack Leadership Intensive will give you:

The COVID Stuff:

Due to the current COVID Pandemic, the following additional restrictions will be placed on this program. If public health conditions improve, these restrictions will be modified or lifted after consideration of the guidelines and administrative orders of Federal, State and Local Governments, as well as administrative agencies.

Proof of Vaccination Is Required for Attendance

  • You may register without having been vaccinated, however you must be fully vaccinated on or before November 1st, 2022 to attend the program.
  • Currently providing us with a copy of your CDC Vaccination Card is the best way to show you have been vaccinated. Take picture of your card, (We suggest you digitally remove your birth date) and email it to Ruben@wetrainleaders.com. Texting is accepted but not recommended, as the image of your card will not be deleted from our phone provider's servers as per their data retention policy. After receiving your card and noting your vaccination in our records, your email will be deleted, and no image of your vaccination card will be kept by Fast Track Leadership.
  • State issued scannable QR Codes are also a convenient way of proving your vaccine status. Emailing or texting us a picture of your Vaccination QR code is also a reccommended alternative.
  • Electronic records of vaccinations are currently not available to Fast Track Leadership, while we hope to be able to receive electronic confirmation of vaccinations in the future, we can not do it at this time.
  • If you chose to provide proof of vaccination via your doctor’s office or your state’s Immunization Information System, you will be responsible for filling out and providing all appropriate paperwork for Fast Track Leadership to access your information.

We Will implement the Strictest of the Following COVID Precautions During the Program:

  • Local or State Government requirements as published.
  • Federal requirements as published.
  • CDC recommendations as published for non-healthcare settings.

At the time of this edit (March 20th) The Town of Chapel Hill requires masks to be worn indoors. In addition mask use is required on all public transportation. (Extension of Chapel Hill Local Ordinance and NC Executive Order 220) Should mask wearing and/or social distancing guidelines change, all guidelines must be adhered to. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a proper mask correctly, you should not be applying to this program, as the risks associated with this program and required travel are too great for someone with those kinds of conditions.

Temperatures Will Be Taken Each Day of the Program

Attendees who have symptoms of COVID 19 will not be allowed to attend the program until they get tested and have received a negative result for COVID 19 at their own cost. The most convenient testing venue is the Walgreens across the street from the venue. Symptoms of COVID 19 include: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, and Diarrhea.
